Delivery:
You can place your order online via PayPal using either a credit card or your PayPal account. We will process you order upon confirmation of payment and ship orders via Hong Kong Post within one week. Most orders arrive within one week of posting; however, occasionally, an order may arrive later than this due to customs processing in foreign countries. For international orders, you will also be responsible for customs clearance/duty and tax in your own country. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the recipient due to non-delivery of packages or late deliveries.
Please note: If the package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total product purchase price. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Returns:
We believe you will love our products, but items are exchangeable within 14 days. These items must have attached all its original tags and/or unopened packaging and be unused. Please contact us for the address to which the item(s) and original invoice should be sent to. You will be responsible for shipping charges unless the return is due to damage, error or defect. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your exchange to be processed. We recommend all returned items be insured and shipped using a traceable tracking method as we won't be liable for returned items until we have received them. Items that are returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
POSTAGE RATES:
The delivery fee will continue to be waived within Hong Kong until Sept 31, 2009. The rate for international destinations is now HKD88.
